How Does The Order Process Work?
Send email with the following information:
T- shirt style#/ color/ size/ quantity/ artwork/ placement and size.
Pick up date and any special instructions.
If we need more information, we will email you.
Deposit required: we will email you.
Test print done, we will email you with results.
We received your approval.
Order sent to production.
Order checked for quality control.
Order ready for pick up, we will email or call you.
Setup charge: none
Back print: $2.50 per item
Sleeve print: $1.75 per item
Poly Bagging: .50𝇍 per item
Extended shirt sizes (2XL & Up): $2.50 per item Extended Hoodie/Sweater sizes (2XL & Up): $4.00 per item
Rush Fee (1-2 days turnaround): $3.50 per item, price decrease for four or more items
Same Day Service: $5.00 per item, price decrease for four or more items
Print sizes: 12x12 (Standard) 12x14 ($1 per item) 12x16 ($2 per item) 14x18 ($3 per item)
Accepted art format should be PNG with a minimum of 150 dots per inches (DPI) and a transparent background. Please crop as close to the artwork as possible. An electronic proof is required to indicate placement and dimensions. A sample/test print will be done and emailed before production starts.
Artwork Modification: $10 per hour. This includes minor changes and photo editing to your supplied artwork. Or custom text only.
Custom Artwork: $20 per hour depending on time spent. This includes logo design and custom designs to your specifications.

Standard production time is 4-5 business days (quantities of 48 or more will require more time). Production time for rush orders is 2-4 business days. Rush orders will incur an additional fee.
Suppling Your Own Garments
If you decide to supply your own garments then will we not be responsible for error during printing and extra shirts will also be need to be provided to cover potential errors during the printing process. If you choose not to provide extra garments, there will be an extra 2% charge of your overall invoice and is non-refundable in any case.
For quantities of: 2 or less: no extras required (but we still will not be responsible for possible errors) 3-25: 1 extra / per size 26-50: 2 extras / per size.
Please also keep in mind that for best results, direct to garment (DTG) printing requires a cotton fiber content of 100%. A cotton fiber content of at least 50% is printable in most cases. Anything below 50% will have issues with color vibrancy and wash durability.
